Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

“OCEAN SHARKS EXIM (OSE)”, believes in helping you as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • We will refund the full amount in case you have cancelled the order within 24 hours* of order placement.
  • After 24 hours of order placement**, we will refund the amount after deducting 3% on the order value towards cancellation charges. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the OCEAN SHARKS EXIM (OSE) marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore, cancellations are not possible.
  • You cannot cancel the order that has been shipped or invoiced. You may track the status of your order.
  • Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.
  • Gift cards, perishable, Non-perishable products, personalized products, sales, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • **Orders for Apple and 3rd party Accessories once placed cannot be cancelled.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. You confirm that the product(s) ordered by you are purchased for your internal/personal purpose and not for resale or business purpose. You authorize us to declare and provide a declaration to any governmental authority on your behalf stating the aforesaid purpose of the products ordered by you on the website.

Returns and Refund

  • There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order.
  • We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number @ +91 7569791195
  • The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
  • The products which are found to be non-working (Dead on Arrival) would be replaced/refunded, provided you notify us of receipt of a non-working product within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery and subsequently approved by OCEAN SHARKS EXIM authorised service centre* only.
  • We will ship the replacement product as soon as we receive the damaged/ defective product and verify its packaging/condition.

Conditions For Return

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 24 hours of delivery of the product.
  • All items to be returned must be in their original packing in unused and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase.
  • In case you have received an order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share it with us.
  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
  • We would not be able to accept a product if it shows signs of breakage or tampering.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate a refund procedure for your money within 3-6 working days.
  • The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. OCEAN SHARKS EXIM (OSE) will initiate the refund after deducting all associated charges including shipping and cancellation charges. Your money will be refunded to your credit card/debit card / online bank account that was used for the particular transaction.
  • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded to the credit/ debit card within 7- 9 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement. Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to a bank account.
  • For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favour of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of ordering the product.
